The short version: if you join our email list, we keep your name and email so we can send you Baby Donk emails. That’s it. We never sell it, and you can leave anytime.

Who we are
Baby Donk is the home of the Seven Little Donks picture books by Matt Clement, published by Clementine Ventures LLC in the Scottsdale area, Arizona. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect when you sign up
- Your email address
- Your first and last name, if you choose to give them
- Any “I’m a…” boxes you tick (parent or family, teacher or school, donkey rescue fan, or author, bookseller or press)
- Which page of our site you signed up on
We don’t ask for a home address, a phone number or anything about your children.
How we use it
Only to send you Baby Donk emails: book news, launch dates, free printables and our occasional Den Letter, usually 1–2 emails a month. The boxes you tick just help us send the most useful bits first (for example, classroom ideas for teachers). We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us
Our email list is kept and sent by Kit (ConvertKit LLC). Kit stores your details for us and only uses them to deliver our emails. Like most email services, Kit tells us when an email is opened or a link is clicked, so we can see which emails are helpful.
For grown-ups only
Our emails are for parents, teachers and other grown-ups. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it. Please don’t send us children’s names or photos.
Leaving or changing your details
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can use it anytime. To update your details or have them deleted completely, email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
